Eldem Sanat Alanı bu yıl ikinci kez düzenleyeceği açık çağrı sergisi LOKAL02’ye Eskişehir'de yaşayan ve üreten sanatçıları davet ediyor. Katılım için son başvuru tarihi 30 MART 2025.

Başvurular, sanatçı ve akademisyen Hayri Esmer, kültür yöneticisi ve Hayy Açık Alan kurucu ortağı Saliha Yavuz, küratör ve SAHA Direktörü Serra Yentürk ile Sinopale Koordinatörü ve Hal Kolektif üyesi Yiğit Bahadır Kaya’dan oluşan seçici kurul tarafından değerlendirilecek. Seçilen eserler, 21 Haziran - 21 Aralık 2025 tarihleri arasında Dalyancı Konağı’nda izleyiciyle buluşacak.

Başvuru Koşulları:

  • Eskişehir’de yaşayan ve üreten sanatçılar.

  • Başvurular her tür malzeme ve tekniğe açıktır. 

  • Sunulan eserlerin hazır olması ve daha önce sergilenmemiş olması.

  • Yaş sınırlaması yoktur.

Başvuru Dosyası:

  • En fazla dört iş önerilmelidir.

  • Başvuru dosyası en fazla 15 MB boyutunda olmalı ve tek bir PDF dosyası olarak gönderilmelidir.

  • Başvuru dosyası soyisim_isim_Lokal02 olarak isimlendirilmelidir. 

Başvuru dosyasında:

  • Özgeçmiş ve iletişim bilgileri (telefon, e-posta, adres).

  • En fazla 300 kelimelik sanatçı yazısı.

  • Önerilen eserlerin künye bilgileri (isim, teknik, yıl, ölçü), her bir eserin 4 adet görseli, en fazla 300 kelimelik eser açıklaması.

  • Portfolyo (Sanatçının geçmiş çalışmalarına yönelik, künye bilgileri ile maksimum 10 adet eseri).

  • Video ve işitsel işler için link verilmelidir.

  • Eser teslimi ve sergi kurulumu tarihleri, sonuçların açıklanmasının ardından sanatçılara bildirilecektir.

Şartname:

  • Bu açık çağrı sanatçılara üretim desteği sağlamaz. Yalnızca hazır eserlerle başvuru yapılabilir. Sergiye dahil olan sanatçılara (2500 tl) destek ödemesi yapılacaktır.

  • Önerilen projesinin sergilenmesi için eğer çok sayıda ve/veya özel bir cihaz ve ekipman gerekiyorsa sanatçı bunu sağlamakla yükümlüdür.

  • Seçilen eserlerin galeriye teslimi ve sergi sonunda galeriden geri alınması sanatçının sorumluluğundadır.

Eldem Art Space invites artists living and working in Eskişehir to apply for LOKAL02, its second edition of open call group exhibition. The deadline for applications is March 30, 2025.

Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee consisting of artist and academic Hayri Esmer, cultural manager and co-founder of Hayy Açık Alan, Saliha Yavuz, curator and SAHA Director Serra Yentürk, and Sinopale Coordinator and Hal Kolektif member Yiğit Bahadır Kaya. Selected works will be exhibited at Dalyancı Mansion between June 21 and December 21, 2025.

Application Requirements:

  • Artists living and working in Eskişehir.

  • Open to all materials and techniques.

  • Submitted works must be completed and previously unexhibited.

  • No age restrictions apply.

Application File:

  • A maximum of four work proposals can be submitted.

  • The application file must be a single PDF file, not exceeding 15 MB.

  • The file should be named as: surname_name_Lokal02.

The application file must include:

  • CV and contact details (phone, email, address).

  • Artist statement (max. 300 words).

  • Details of the proposed works (title, medium, year, dimensions), with up to four images per work and a maximum 300-word description for each.

  • Portfolio including up to 10 works from previous projects with detailed captions.

  • For video and audio works, links must be provided.

The dates for artwork delivery and exhibition setup will be communicated to the selected artists following the announcement of results.

Terms and Conditions:

  • This open call does not provide production support. Only completed works are eligible for submission.

  • Artists included in the exhibition will receive a support payment of 2500 TL.

  • If the proposed project requires multiple or specialized devices and equipment for display, the artist will be responsible for providing them.

  • The selected artworks must be delivered to the gallery and collected at the end of the exhibition by the artist.
